Dirty Talk

we had a freezer that quit working and had fish in it. When we got it working again it smelled really bad. I just put a cardboard tray with kitty litter in and left for awhile and it went away. (non-scoopable)

Cleaning out the plug hole in a shower tray can be pretty gruesome with lots of slimy hair and stuff? I have found the perfect tool. Use a cheap hairbrush, the type with bristles all the way round. Push into the hole, turn it around and all the hairs blocking the plug will be pulled onto the brush. You can rinse off the brush and use it again. Takes seconds.

I have birds and this is how I help keep the cages clean. I spray the wires on the bottom with non-stick cooking spray. The bird poop slides right off into the tray! It makes cleaning easy. It's non-toxic to the birds and since it's slippery they stay off the bottom, keeping them healthier!

get rid of the smell in a dirty fridge by filling a tray with charcoal and leaving for a few days. amazing!

If you're cat's anything like mine you'll find he still can't work out where the litter tray is. I use a mixture of white vinegar and water to blot up any 'accidents' and stop any smells.
